It's hard to believe that today marks 34 weeks...we're just 6 weeks away from Charlie's due date! We have an appointment Tuesday and we're hoping to get some news on how the doctor thinks we should proceed. I have an elevated bile enzyme count which could cause stress on the placenta--long story short, the blood work we did last week should indicate whether or not it will be necessary to take Charlie a little early. If we do, it will probably be around 37 weeks...which is now only 3 weeks away! Another consideration is the fact that his head is lodged beneath my rib cage instead of in the typical head-down position. The doctor assured us, however, that there is still time for him to flip. We will keep you posted!

34 Weeks & Showers!
We have had fun this weekend with showers! Charlie has gotten a ton of great stuff, including the items pictured. My dear friend Melissa from Derby drove up just for the shower on Saturday and brought us this adorable "diaper cake." (Unfortunately, I destroyed it shortly after this picture was taken when I tried to move it.) Special thanks to Kristin, Ashley, Jennie, and my aunts for their work on the showers this weekend!
