Planting Flowers

Another Easter gift from Grandma
For Easter this year, instead of giving Charlie an Easter basket full of candy, Grandma gave him tools to plant flowers.

Here was our process:

1. Pour soil into the wheel barrow.
2. Scoop the soil from the wheel barrow into the pot (only we didn't have enough, so we just went straight to the bag).
 3. Spread the soil out using the trowel.
4. Place the seeds in the soil and cover with more soil.
5. Water the seeds.
And while you're at it, water the other plants nearby, too.
 6.  Continue to add water every day.  And don't forget to water yourself.
7. And watch them grow!

No flowers yet, but we will keep you posted.  And here are a few more cute pictures of Charlie having fun with the watering can!

I love this picture...this shirt used to be my brother's :)
